Insurance Europe points out that the questionnaire is very much focused on the economic impact of the ECJ Test-Achats ruling. It explains that it is difficult to have an accurate picture of the precise economic impact of the ruling. However, it provides relevant information and observations on the impact of the ruling and of the Directive, which it believes will be of use to the Commission in drawing up its report.
