Taking stock of the EU Financial Literacy Strategy: One year on – What’s next for financial and insurance education?

One year after the launch of the European Commission’s Financial Literacy Strategy, the key question is what comes next. How can the strategy move from ambition to action, and how can financial and insurance education help citizens make better-informed decisions within the broader framework of the emerging Savings and Investments Union (SIU)?

Insurance Europe is pleased to invite you to an in-person lunchtime event on 3 September 2026 to discuss these questions with EU policymakers, industry experts and key stakeholders.
